Tell us which profiles your agency can screen and we will reply if a suitable, verified request arises.
Hradec Králové is the seat of the Hradec Králové Region in north-east Bohemia, a region whose boundary runs for more than a third of its length along the border with Poland. Within one region, it has factory towns, a teaching hospital, intensive farmland in the Polabí lowlands and the Krkonoše mountains, and a major tourism area whose national park lies mostly in the region. A recruitment agency abroad could therefore be asked, in different months, for a machine operator near the city, a cook for a mountain hotel, or a nurse whose qualifications still need torecognizedised.
Your agency would source and pre-screen candidates in your own country. AtoZ Serwis Plus would coordinate information exchange between your agency and the Czech employer if a suitable, verified request arises. The Czech employer would choose the candidate, sign the employment contract, pay the wage, and carry all legal employer duties.
On roles, one plain statement is enough. AtoZ Serwis Plus is not licensed as a Czech employment agency, nor does it have an office in the Czech Republic, and this page should not be read as announcing a vacancy, a job order or a client relationship. Where a Czech employment agency takes part in a hire, it needs a Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs licence, which anyone can look up in the Labour Office database.
Before approaching any candidate, a written agreement would record the profiles you source, the checks each side would carry out, how candidate data is handled and deleted, and the rule that no candidate pays anyone.
The Czech Statistical Office calls the region agricultural and industrial, with highly developed tourism. Manufacturing is a major employer; industry sits mainly in the larger towns, and intensive farming is concentrated in Polabí. The office adds that the region is not one of the country'sthe country’s key industrial areas,, so requests could be spread across Trutnov, Náchod, Jičín, Rychnov nad Kněžnou, and the city rather than concentrated around one large plant. Current figures are best read from the statistical office.
The statistical office lists manufacturing electrical equipment, motor vehicles, rubber and plastic products, and textiles among the region’s main branches. This points to assembly workers, machine operators, setters, quality inspectors, and maintenance staff, screened for manual precision, written work instructions, measuring tools, and shift readiness. The employer should provide the shift pattern in writing, because weekly hours differ between single-shift, two-shift, and continuous operations.
The University Hospital Hradec Králové is a teaching hospital in the city, linked to the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Hradec Králové. Health care is regulated: a nurse or other non-physician professional trained outside the EU needs a Ministry of Health decision first, either a time-limited permission to practise under direct supervision or full recognition after an approbation exam. No health candidate should be presented as ready to work independently on arrival.
Most of the Krkonoše National Park lies in the region, and the statistical office records that most mass accommodation is in the Trutnov district. Other visitor areas include the Broumovsko rock towns, the Orlické hory and Český ráj. Hotel requests could cover cooks, kitchen assistants, housekeeping and service staff. Demand may follow winter and summer seasons so that the seasonal route can be relevantt and resort housing can become part of the offer.
Field crops in the region include cereals, rapeseed, maize,,e and sugar beet, along with orchard fruit such as apples, pears, plums,s and cherries, and vegetables such as onions and cabbage. Livestock farming centres on cattle and pigs. Farm requests could be seasonal and physical, with outdoor work and housing on or near the farm, and candidates deserve a frank briefing.
Sourcing takes place in your country, under your own law and licence. Advertisements would describe the work honestly, name the region rather than a vague “Europe”, state plainly that candidates pay nothing, and run only while a verified request is open.
At first screening,g the partner asks for a CV plus something that proves the main skill. That proof could be a trade certificate, a short video of a candidate setting up a machine or plating a dish, a reference from a previous employer, or the result of a practical test run by your agency. We don't request identity documents at this point; they come later, only when the employer sends a written list of what it needs.
Before a single candidate hears about a request, the parties would need to be satisfied that the employer exists, the request is real, and the terms are lawful. The parties would agree to carry out these checks for each request.
Some signs end the process at once. Lending staff to another firm without an agency licence, disguised as a service or subcontracting deal, is illegal under Czech law and draws heavy fines. So would a request that asks candidates to pay, hides the workplace or differs from the registered vacancy.
Not every candidate for a Hradec Králové employer needs a permit. Nationals of EU and EEA states and Switzerland work on equal terms with Czech staff. However, the employer still reports them before the first shift, and those staying over 30 days must provide the Foreign Police with an address within 30 days of arrival, unless their landlord has already done so.
Partners may also meet Ukrainian nationals with Czech temporary protection. That status opens the labour market to them without a work permit; the employer still owes an advance report.
The same open access extends to people with permanent residence, to those granted asylum or subsidiary protection, anyone who completed Czech secondary or university studies, people in full-time study, and nationals of a short list of states, among them Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel. Each still needs a lawful basis for residence.
Everyone else from a non-EU state needs a permit covering the specific job, and a visa-free entry to Schengen gives no right to work. Because the region touches Poland, candidates should hear clearly that a Czech card is valid for work on the Czech side only.
A non-EU machine operator, cook or farm hand bound for the region would in most cases come on an employee card, which in its dual form is both residence permit authorization and authorization to work in one named position. The parties would plan a hire in this order.
With the general labour market test abolished for employee cards and Blue Cards, the listing is where Labour Office step c partners should still ask the Hradec Králové branch what a given listing requires. A government regulation limits the number of card applications any single embassy or consulate may receive, and firms admitted to the Highly Qualified Employee, Qualified Employee (for listed countries) or Key and Scientific Staff programmes are given priority.
A worker who later wants to leave, say, a Trutnov plant for another post must first notify the Ministry of the Interior and may begin only once it confirms. Such moves are, as a rule, closed for an initial period after the first card, and without a new job reported in time after the old one ends, the card expires. A licensed Czech agency may employ card holders and assign them, except into the mostly low-qualified work types a government regulation excludes; a card holder cannot move to an agency employer.
Other routes: seasonal work in listed sectors, which include hotels and farms, on a short Schengen seasonal visa or a long-term seasonal visa, as a rule backed by a Labour Office work permit; Labour Office permits for some other cases; the intra-company transfer card; and the EU Blue Card, for graduates whose salary is well above average. The Chamber of Deputies has approved a new act on the entry and residence of foreigners, but it is not yet in force; partners should follow changes on ipc.gov.cz.
The Labour Code entitles a foreign line worker in Náchod or a cook in a mountain hotel to pay and conditions equal to a Czech colleague’s. The lowest lawful pay is the national minimum wage set by government regulation; it is the only statutory pay floor for private employers, and any position listed on an employee card must meet it. The actual offer should be sent to the partner in writing.
In this region an offer may bundle pay with a room in a resort, meals from the hotel kitchen or a bus to a district town. Any deduction must stay within what the law allows; partners would check it with the employer, who would list each one before signature, and the candidate would see it in a language the candidate reads. No partner should call a room free of charge to the worker without themployer’s's written confirmation.
A card application cannot go in without proof of somewhere to live: a rental contract, proof that the worker owns the place, or a confirmation from the owner, whose signature needs official certification unless it is made before a Ministry of the Interior official. An employer admitted to a government programme can substitute its own declaration.
Anyone who lets paid beds to foreigners, or houses over five foreign guests, must register each one with the police within three working days, keep a police register, and allow police inspection. Rooms that are plainly unfit, or smaller than the legal minimum area for each occupant, do not qualify. When a seasonaworker’s's housing comes from or through the employer, the employer confirms the agreed pay in the visa file.
A staff hostel high in Krkonoše can be cut off from public transport outside the season, and a factory in Trutnov or Náchod lies a commute away from the regional capital. The D11 motorway runs from Prague to Hradec Králové and on northeast towards Jaroměř. For each request ,,the partner would ask how workers reach the site each shift, who pays the fare, and whether the address on the housing confirmation is where the worker will actually sleep.
Document requests grow only as the process advances.
Candidate files are protected by the GDPR and by the Czech act on processing personal data, supervised in Czechia by ÚOOÚ, the Office for Personal Data Protection. The agreement would assign controller roles, retention periods and deletion dates. If files travel from the EU side to a partner in a non-EU country, the agreement would first put in place a GDPR-recognized transfer safeguard, such as standard contractual clauses.
The employer leads the interview and tests mirror the real work: a production candidate reads a simple drawing, a cook prepares a set dish on camera, a farm worker talks through machinery or livestock experience. Health professionals should hear how the Ministry of Health process works, so they understand that independent practice depends on recognition after the approbation exam.
Should a request concern lorry or bus drivers, partners would check three things: the certificate of professional competence (Code 95), available in Czechia to non-EU drivers on a Czecemployer’s's payroll; the exchange of a foreign licence within a set period, which applies to permanent residents and to temporary residents on a long-term visa of more than a year; and the digital tachograph card, which municipal offices with extended powers issue to drivers habitually resident in Czechia, accepting a foreign licence for the application. Partners should also check driver attestation requirements with the Ministry of Transport.
Hypothetical example: a hotel in a Krkonoše resort asks for two cooks for the winter. The partner would screen CVs and short cooking videos, the employer would hold a video trial with a set menu, and the parties would confirm the seasonal permit route, the staff housing terms,, and the deductions in writing before makingmaking any offer.
Before departur,,e the candidate shoulhaveld a copy of the contract in a language they understand, the workplace and housing addresses, a namee employ contacter, and a written summary of pay, hou,rs and deductions.
Under Czech law, a paid placement service may never bill the person being placed. In any cooperation with AtoZ Serwis Plus,we do not accept anyo charge to a candidatd, whatever it is called: a fee, a deposit, a training cos,t or a document charge.
Three situations amount to illegal work: dependent work outside an employment relationship, a foreign national working without a valid permit or outside what the permit allows, and a foreign national working without a valid residence permit. Where themployer’s's advance report on a foreign worker is missing, the work can be treated as undeclared work. The inspectorates fine employers for both, and workers can also be fined.
Trafficking people into forced labour is a serious criminal offence. The Ministry of the Interior leads the national response and funds a programme supporting victims, including a multilingual police telephone line; the police and labour inspectorates both accept reports of suspected exploitation. Candidates should know that fake offers may borrow the names of real East Bohemian companies, and that any request for money marks a fraud.
If your agency can source machine operators, cooks and kitchen staff, farm workers or health professionals with documents suitable for recognition, tell us which of these profiles you screen, in which countries, and how you check skills before a CV is shared. Add yourecruiters’s' languages and how you would brief candidates on mountain seasons or district-town shifts.
You can register your agency with these details, and the general framework for the country is on our Czech Republic recruiter page. We will reply if a suitable, verified request arises in Hradec Králové or its region, and we will tell you plainly if your profiles do not match.
Share the profiles your agency can source for north-east Bohemia, from machine operators to hotel kitchens. We will come back to you if a suitable, verified request arises.
The Czech Statistical Office describes manufacturing as a major employer in the Hradec Králové Region, with electrical equipment, motor vehicles, rubber and plastics, and textiles prominent. Tourism in Krkonoše, farming in Polabí and hospital care in the city are further possibilities.
No. The statistical office notes that industry sits in the region's larger towns, so a request linked to Hradec Králové could concern a plant in Trutnov, Náchod, Jičín, or Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Partners should always confirm the exact workplace address before advertising.
Krkonoše, most of which is in the region, is a major tourist area, and most mass accommodation in the Hradec Králové Region is in the Trutnov district. Hospitality requests could therefore come from mountain hotels, where staff housing, transport and seasonal terms need careful written confirmation.
Only after a decision from the Ministry of Health. A non-physician health professional trained outside the EU can receive a time-limited permission to practise under direct supervision, or full recognition after passing an approbation exam. A residence permit alone does not allow work in a regulated health profession.
According to the Ministry of Health, the exam tests theoretical knowledge, familiarity with the Czech health system, and professional communication skills. Partners preparing candidates for a possible request from a health employer in Hradec Králové should explain this clearly and avoid promising a quick start.
Yes. It is a faculty hospital in the city, linked to the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Hradec Králové. Any health request would still depend on the Ministry of Health's recognition of the candidate's qualifications.
Intensive farming is concentrated in the Polabí lowlands. Crops include cereals, maizeeed, maize, sugar beet, orchard fruit and vegetables such as onions and cabbage, and livestock farming centres on cattle and pigs. Any farm request would need clear terms on hours, housing and seasonal duration.
Hotels and restaurants fall within the sectors listed for seasonal work. For up to 90 days, a Schengen visa for seasonal work applies; beyond that, a long-term seasonal visa is needed, and in either case a Labour Office work permit is normally required. The resort employer in the Hradec Králové Region would confirm the route.
The employer, in writing. A full-time week is 40 hours, but it's shorter under two-shift and non-stop systems, so the pattern changes the hours, the supplements, and the briefing. Partners should not guess based on the sector or another factory in the region.
The Labour Office of the Czech Republic runs a regional branch in Hradec Králové. Employers file vacancies there for the central register open to card holders, and a partner can ask the employer for the vacancy number to confirm that a listing really exists.
The labour inspectorate for the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions is based in Hradec Králové, with a further office in Chrudim. It belongs to the State Labour Inspection Office and handles pay, hours, safety, and illegal work.
The Czech Statistical Office states that more than a third of the region’s boundary is the state border with Poland. This is geography only: a Czech permit allows work in the Czech Republic and not across the border.
The D11 motorway links Hradec Králové with Prague and continues northeast towards Jaroměř. For candidates, travel between housing and work on each shift is a more practical question, and partners would ask the employer to organise aid.
It can be, if the property is designated for housing or accommodation and the paperwork is right. The owner’s signature on a confirmation must be officially certified, or given before an Interior Ministry official. The employer in Krkonoše or Hradec Králové would arrange the document.
Yes, if an employer has a real need, reports the vacancy to the Labour Office, and the candidate obtains an employee card for that job. Partners would screen for machine experience and shift readiness, and the employer near Hradec Králové would run its own practical test.
A Ukrainian with temporary protection in the Czech Republic may take a job wwithout awork permit. The employer must report the start of work in advance, which applies to every foreign employee in Hradec Králové or anywhere else in the country.
The parties would agree to check the public register on justice.cz, company data in ARES, the VAT register for an unreliable payer flag, the Labour Office vacancy listing and the real workplace address. Only then would they approach any candidate.
Warning signs include demanding payment from candidates, refusing to name the workplace, offering a job different from the registered vacancy, or placing workers at another firm through a so-called service contract without an agency licence. Any of these would stop the process in Hradec Králové or elsewhere.
Only one holding a Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs licence, which partners can look up in the Labour Office database. Such an agency may hire cardholders and assign them to user firms, but not to work types that a government regulation excludes.
No rule says so. One resort may arrange rooms and another may not. The terms and any deductions must be in writing. Partners must not tell candidates that housing is free until the employer in Hradec Králové or the resort has put that in writing.
The workplace and housing addresses, an employer contact, pay, hours and deductions, and what happens after arrival: fingerprints and card collection at a Ministry of the Interior office, and an address report to the Foreign Police unless the landlord files it.
Partners should ask the employer how a worker housed in a mountain resort would travel to a Ministry of the Interior office or other appointments, and include the answer in the briefing. Hradec Králové is the regional capital, but confirm appointment locations for each case.
Only through the change procedure: the worker first informs the Interior Ministry and starts the new job once it confirms. Moves are generally closed during an initial period after the first card, and switching to an agency as the new employer is not allowed.
Practical tests could include reading a simple drawing, explaining a quality check, measuring parts or describing a machine set-up. The employer near Hradec Králové would decide the final test, and partners would honestly record each outcome before sharing a CV.
The Czech Statistical Office publishes a regional profile and data on employment, wages and industry for the Hradec Králové Region. Partners should read the figures there rather than rely on numbers quoted by third parties.
In most cases,,, an employee card, whic,h in its dual for,m is a residence permit authorization for one named joployer lists the vacancy in the central register, and the candidate quotes its number when applying at the embassy.
Someone staying in the country lawfully may file the card application at a Ministry of the Interior office. Anyoneelse must applys in personat ae Czech embassy or consulate abroad. Visa-free visitors cannot simply start a job while their file is pending.
By law, the Ministry of the Interior has 60 days, which can be extended for complicated files. That is a legal limit, not a forecast: the wait for an embassy appointment and any missing papers also shape when a worker could reach the region.
Employee cards and Blue Cards were removed from the general labour market test, so the central register listing is the step that counts. Partners should still ask the Labour Office what a particular listing requires before advertising.
A government regulation caps the number of employee card applications that a given embassy or consulate can accept. Once a post's cap is used up, the embassy stops accepting further files for that period, while government programmes give admitted employers priority.
Three are relevant to employers: one for highly qualified staff, one for qualified workers from a defined list of countries, and one for key and scientific personnel. Ministries admit employers, and admitted employers get priority at embassies.
For a graduate, or a candidate with equivalent experience where the rules allow it, taking a job that matches the qualification and pays well above the national average. Holders may switch employers by notifying the Interior Ministry.
Yes, through the intra-company transfer card, which covers managers, specialists and trainees sent from a non-EU company to its Czech branch or subsidiary. Prior employment in the group is a condition, so it is not a route for agency recruits.
They need no permit, but their employer must report them before they start work. If an EU national stays longer than 30 days, the Foreign Police must receive an address within 30 days of arrival, unless the landlord or hostel has already reported it.
No. The C authorizes work on Czech territory alone. Short trips within Schengen are allowed, but working in another member state requires permission from that state.
Forty hours a week is standard; two-shift and non-stop systems work fewer hours, and 12 hours is the longest permitted shift. Overtime is capped and earns at least 25% extra; nights and weekends at least 10% of average earnings; holidays are compensated.
Yes. Government regulation sets a national minimum wage that foreign staff receive too. Posts filled on employee cards must pay no less, and for private employers it is the only legal pay floor; the actual offer comes from the employer.
Paid holiday is never less than four weeks a year. After no more than six hours of continuous work, a break of at least 30 minutes is required, and rest between shifts and over each week is protected.
The employer registers the worker electronically before the first shift through the unified monthly employer report. That registration also includesesthe advance reportforforeach foreign employeeincluding , Eincluding U citizens and protection holdes a missing report can be treated as undeclared workDoes the employer arrange health insuranceer?
A worker employed by a Czech employer is covered by Czech public health insurance for the duration of the job, and the employer notifies the chosen insurer of the start and end dates. The briefing should explain how to use it.
A landlord taking paid foreign guests, or housing six or more foreigners, must register every guest with the police within three working days, keep a guest book, and admit inspectors. Rooms must not be plainly unfit and must meet the minimum area per person.
A CV and something that shows the core skill, such as a reference, a trade certificate or a short video of real work. Identity papers wait until the employer has sent its written list for the offer and permit stage.
Under the GDPR and the Czech Act on Processing Personal Data, with the Office for Personal Data Protection supervising. Before files go from the EU side to a non-EU partner, the agreement requires recognised transfer safeguards to be in place.
No. Czech law forbids anyone who arranges employment for payment from taking money from the jobseeker. Cooperation with AtoZ Serwis Plus accepts no charge to candidates under any label, including deposits and document fees.
No vacancy, job order or client is implied, and AtoZ Serwis Plus keeps no Czech premises. A partner agency would be contacted only if a suitable, verified request arises in the region.
Through the regional labour inspectorate, at no cost, in person or in writing, including online and by data box. The inspectorate must keep the complainant’s name secret, which matters to a worker who fears for the job.
Disguised employment outside a proper contract, a non-EU national working with no valid permit or outside its scope, and work while lacking valid residence. If the employer skipped the advance report, the work can be treated as undeclared work. Both employers and workers can be fined.
Report it to the police or a labour inspectorate. The Ministry of the Interior leads national action against trafficking and funds help for victims, including a hotline in several languages.
A Code 95 certificate, obtainable in Czechia by a non-EU driver hired by a Czech firm, a licence exchange within a set period for permanent residents and for temporary residents on a long-term visa of over a year, and a tachograph card from a municipal office with extended powers for drivers habitually resident in Czechia.
The lower chamber of Parliament has passed a new foreigners’ entry and residence act, but it is not yet in force. Partners should watch the Interior Ministry foreigners portal at ipc.gov.cz for procedural changes.
The employer leads the interview, by video or in person, and the partner prepares the candidate and the connection. Practical tests should match the real work, and we would record each outcome accurately before presenting any CV.
Use the partner registration form to describe the profiles you can screen, your countries and languages, and how you test skills. We will reply if a suitable, verified request arises in the Hradec Králové Region.
